If your AgeVisor 2 application crashes after downloading and trying to install to the latest version please use the instructions below to correct the issue. 

 

1. Tap on Quit to close out of the application. 

 

2. Tap on File Explorer in the bottom left hand corner. 

 

3. Tap on Local Disk (C:). 

 

4. Tap on the Tokenworks folder. Then tap on the AV2 folder. 

 

5. In the AV2 folder,  look for agevisor2update and double tap to run the update. 

 

6. Tap on Accept and follow the steps in the installation wizard to complete the update. 

 

After the installation is complete, you will be taken back to the Main Screen. 

 

You can go to Help > About to ensure you are now on the latest version.
