1. At the top of the screen there will be a battery and lightning bolt charging symbol to indicate the AgeVisor 3 is receiving a charge.
2. At the right hand side of the screen, there will be a red led to indicate that the AgeVisor 3 is receiving a charge.
Step 1: Ensure you’re powering the AgeVisor 3 using the correct power supply provided with the device.
Power Supply Specifications:
Input: 110-240V ~ 50/60Hz 0.6A Max
Output: 5VDC 3000mA
Step 2: Ensure the USB male A end of the USB cable is securely connected to the charging block. Also check the USB C cable for any nicks or damage as this may cause connection issues to the device.
Step 3: Ensure the USB C cable underneath the AgeVisor 3 is completely inserted and securely connected to the USB C port.
NOTE: If your AgeVisor 3 has been off for over 24 hours, please allow the device to charge for at least 30min before attempting to power on again.
