AgeVisor works on Radiant terminals. This post may help you resolve installation issues.
A client recently had trouble installing the FTDI virtual com port -USB drivers on an off-line Radiant P1520 terminal.
The FTDI installer provided with AgeVisor should automatically copy all the USB drivers onto the target machine (see FTDI release notes below), but for reasons yet unknown, this did not work properly. If this client had not come up with this solution, we were going to suggest using the DB9 serial cable on the Radiant P1520 terminal (there are two). AgeVisor can use either a dedicated serial port (with an external power supply) or a USB port (which provides power) and requires FTDI USB drivers. See https://retailchannel.radiantsystems.com/acrobat/hardware-overview.pdf for details on Radiant P1515 P1520 P1560 P1760 hardware – especially DB9 serial ports.
Below is his installation approach.

On the XP machine with internet, I shared the windows/sys directory and pointed the POS system to look in that directory for the files. Seems to be working fine. It opened up on comm 11, which I thought was weird, but after a reboot, it works flawlessly. So I hope that this helps any aloha users running XP embedded.
FTDI’s CDM drivers provide both D2XX and VCP functionality through a single driver package on PCs running the following Windows operating systems:
The files included in a standard CDM release are:
On making a new release the files will be posted on FTDI’s web site http://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm in ZIP file format.
