Exporting Data from the IDentiFake & IDVisor Sentry Software


How to Export Date on the IDentiFake

Description: Follow the instructions below to export data from your IDentiFake scanner. 




  1. From the IDVisor Sentry home page click on the “Data” tab on the top right.





  1. In the data section pick which report you would like to export, Scans or Customers and then enter your pin code (default pin code = 5678).







  1. Now click on the “Export” button. The file export will now be completed. A screen showing the file path will now show up. 

    

    Exported Data Directory: C:\Tokenworks\IDVisorSentry\ExportedData





  1. Now click on OK and hit the Help Button at the top right of the screen. Click on close Application and enter your pin. You should now be on the desktop screen.





  1. Now open file explorer which is pinned to your taskbar at the bottom of the screen. 








  1. Now on the left of the file explorer which has a list of all folders on your device, click on “Local Disk (C:)” which is under This PC. Open the “Token Works” folder.





  1. Open the “Exported Data” folder and now you will see the data that you have exported. This data can either be transferred through google drive/email, Microsoft Onedrive, bluetooth, and email. 

The file path is, C:\TokenWorks\IDVisorSentry\ExportedData.
