Plan Overview:
- Access to technical support by human agents via email, phone, and text beyond business hours
- Priority responses via our designated channels within one hour
- Technical Support Hours:
- Business hours: M-F 9-5 pm ET
- After hours: M-F 5-9 pm ET and Saturdays 11am-8pm
$99 a year per device*

Silver Plus: Health Monitor
Everything on the Silver Plan, Plus Device Monitoring and Maintenance

- Continuous Device Oversight (with alerts for our technicians to address issues right away)
- Secure and Immediate Remote Assistance (issue diagnoses, application of fixes, and problem resolution without on-site visits)
- Periodic Operating System Updates (Windows security and performance patches)
- Early IDentiFake Library Refresh (implementation of latest identification database updates to meet evolving verification needs)
- Device Data Optimization (routine cleanup for storage efficiency and system speed)
- Scanner and Tablet health Diagnosis (overheating, dust buildup, connectivity, tactile functionality, etc.)
