DMV Check Quick Start Guide

How to setup and use DMV Check

The following instructions below explain how to setup and use DMV Check on your Tokenworks device. 

Creating a DMV Check account


You will be required to create an account in order to gain access to the DMV Check Subscription Portal, or alternatively, you may log in using your existing credentials.

Upon selecting the "sign up" option, you will encounter the following screen. 

Kindly provide your details to initiate the account setup process and register your account. 

Account Creation


Upon choosing the "Log In" option, you will be directed to the following screen. Here, you can access your existing account. In the event that you forget your password, you may utilize the "Forgot Password" button located at the bottom, which will guide you through our password reset program. Additionally, if you do not currently possess an account within our subscription program, you have the option to select "create an account" for registration.

Login Screen

Upon successful creation of your account, the subsequent step involves linking a credit card to your account. This credit card will be associated with your subscription to our DMV Check program.


Payment Setup



Creating Subscription and adding credits

Upon completing the credit card linkage process, you will be directed to this page, where the subscription details are displayed. The subscription fee is set at $30 per year and includes 5 complimentary DMV Checks. Here, you will proceed to establish your subscription. Additionally, you will find various options on the left-hand side, enabling you to access features such as your profile, scan history, and other functionalities.
Upon successfully creating your subscription, you will be directed to this page, where you can view your DMV Check credit balance and obtain a comprehensive overview of your account.

Account Overview 
Upon selecting the purchase button within the section displaying your DMV credit total, you will gain access to purchase DMV Check credits. These credits are utilized whenever you perform an ID check through the DMV Checking system on your Identifake Unit. 

DMV Credits
Upon selecting the desired amount of credits for purchase, this popup will appear, facilitating the transaction. It's important to note that these credits do not have an expiration date and will remain in your account until either the termination of your account or until they are utilized for checks.

How to use DMV Check


Upon clicking on the Scan tab, you will be directed to this screen. Here, you have the option to click the "Learn more" button to access additional information about the service. Furthermore, you can easily view the credits available to you below.
When an ID fails to pass verification through an IDentiFake, this screen will be displayed. Although you have the option to initiate a DMV Check, it's important to note that the ID has already failed the initial verification step.
This screen will be displayed when an ID has been processed through the machine and its verification status has been determined via the DMV Check results.
Has been run through DMV Check Previously
This is the result displayed when an ID has failed the DMV Check.



This is the screen that appears when there is insufficient data available on the ID to provide an accurate analysis and result.
When you click the DMV check button on the scan screen, this window will appear, indicating whether a DMV Check has previously been conducted on this ID. Additionally, it will provide information on whether the ID passed or failed the previous DMV check. 
This screen appears when an ID has not undergone the DMV check previously.
 
This screen displays when an ID successfully passes the DMV check and is verified through the 43 states where such verification is permissible.
