How to Transfer Photos from your IDVisor Smart Device to Computer


Connecting your Smart Device to transfer Files


Step 1) Connect your device to your PC with a USB cable.


Step 2) On your PC, open File Explorer. Look for your device under  “This PC”. It will be named “PDA”.


NOTE: For older devices it may be named “MTP Device”, “PDA” or “U8000”.


Step 3) Click on your device to access its storage. You’ll see a folder called “Internal Storage”.


*Note: By default, your Smart device will use the USB connection for charging only when connected. To transfer files, you'll need to change a setting on your phone.

Step 4) Click on Documents.


Step 5) Click on the IDVisor Smart Folder.


Step 6) The photos will be in the IDVisorSmartPics folder. Copy the IDVisorSmartPics folder to your desktop or desired location.
