IDentiFake Software Update Crashing
If the IDentiFake update crashes or gives an error saying "Cannot create" certain files while running an update please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Close the error message box.
- Click on Close to close the previous update.
Step 2: Open File Explorer.
- Click on File Explorer (located on the bottom left hand corner of the screen).
Step 3: Run the updater file.
- In File Explorer go to C:\ drive > Tokenworks > IDVisor Sentry.
- Scroll down to find the idvisorsentry_update.exe.
- Run the updater to complete the update.
Step 4: Ensure the software was updated.
- The IDentiFake software will automatically start up once the update is complete.
- Go to Help > About to ensure your version was updated.
- Tap on Main to go back to the Main Screen and start scanning IDs again.
