If your IDVisor Smart app crashes while trying to open follow the directions below to correct the issue.
Step1) Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and look for Settings.
Here you will be able to set the correct date and time.
Note: It is recommended to use network provided date & time.
Step 1) Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and look for Settings.
Step 3) In Apps select IDVisorSmart.
Step 4) Ensure all App permissions are enabled.
Step 5) Scroll down and ensure Pause app activity if unused is disabled.
To reinstall the IDVisor Smart app directly on your scanner, open the Browser or Chrome app on your device and type in the following web address:
idvisor.net/sm/re.apk
When you visit that site, it will start downloading the installer file named smart.apk. Once the download is finished, go to the Files App and go to the Download folder. You should see the smart.apk file in there. Click it and then click Install at the bottom of the screen. Open the application once the installation is finished to ensure the app starts normally.
Connect your device to your computer.

Once connected, go to File Explorer > Internal Shared Storage > Documents.
Copy the sqlcipher.db file to your desktop.
Disconnect the device from the pc.
Proceed with the steps below.
Step 1) Swipe up from the bottom of the screen a tap on Files.
Step 2) Tap on Internal Storage.
Step 3) Tap on Documents.
Step 4) Tap on IDVisor Smart.
Step 5) Long press and delete sqlcipher.db file.
