Issue: Scanner shows as USB disconnected after IDentiFake engine update

Issue: Scanner shows as USB disconnected after IDentiFake engine update 


Solution: Run the IDVisor Sentry Update and then run the IDentiFake driver’s update when prompted

Go to Help -> Update. Proceed through the update process.


After updating, you should be prompted to install the new drivers. You may need to restart the device after installing the new drivers.
