How to switch back to Windows OS on AgeVisor Touch
FAQ: I don’t see AgeVisor Touch when I turn on the scanner.
If you do not see AgeVisor Touch when you turn on the ID Scanner, the scanner may have mistakenly booted into the Android OS. If you have booted into Android the screen will look similar to the picture below.
If you see this screen, swipe down from the bar along the top-right of the screen to see the Options menu. From the Options menu select “OS Switch”. This will restart the device and the device should now correctly load AgeVisor Touch
