Photos Not Appearing After IDentiFake Scan
Users may experience an issue where photos do not display after scanning with IDentiFake.
If customer photos fail to load after an IDentiFake update, refer to the troubleshooting instructions provided below.
Step 1: Tap on Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Configuration.
NOTE: You will need to enter the pincode to access the Configuration settings (default pin: 5678).
NOTE: You can enable saving of infrared, ultraviolet, duplicate photos (saves photos of the same customer ID every time scanned) but this will take up more data.
