Reinstall Agevisor App

1. Open File Explorer then go to C:\Tokenworks\AgeVisorTouch.

2. Look for and copy the IDScanner.sdf file (this file contains your data) from that folder. 

3. Paste the file to your desktop or a different location. 

4. Download and install this alternate version of the AgeVisor Touch - idvisor.net/agevisor/AgeVisorTouch_installer_1.0.3.1.zip.

5. Once the install is complete, exit the application, then copy & replaced the IDScanner.sdf file back into C:\Tokenworks\AgeVisorTouch.

Reset License File

1. Delete the existing QLM License xml file.

2. Log onto the QLM portal and reactivate their license

3. Download License xml file and paste it into their C:\Tokenworks\AgeVisorTouch directory.
