Verify PIN after Factory Reset - IDVisor Smart / V2 / Plus / S50

If you are seeing the screenshots above on your device, it is because the Find My Device feature was enabled by the owner or additional users of the device. When this feature is enabled it is the Owners/Users responsibility to remember either the PIN code or Gmail account information that was used to set up the feature. 

If you do not remember the PIN code or Gmail account information, we can completely wipe the device's memory using a custom utility tool. This service will cost $50 and will require the device to be shipped to our Service Dept. Before proceeding with the service we will have to verify your ownership of the device but again, this is only if you can't recall the PIN code or Gmail account used to set up the Find My Device.  

If the service is needed please open a support ticket providing the following details below:

  1. Your First and Last Name
  2. Business name
  3. Address
  4. Phone number
  5. Proof of purchase (Paid Invoice/Order confirmation from Tokenworks, Amazon Order Details)
