How to purchase features on the IDVisor Smart V1/V2/Plus/S50

How to purchase features on the IDVisor Smart app

Follow the instructions below in order to purchase additional features eligible for your IDVisor Smart V1, Smart V2, Smart Plus and S50 device. For additional information on these features click here.

Step 1) From the IDVisor Smart Home screen, press the “Help” button.

Step 2) Click on “Purchase Features”.

Step 3) Click on “Register”.

NOTE: Skip step if already registered.

Step 4) Enter your company information to register your device. After successful registration, you’ll receive a notification message stating “Registration Information Submitted”.

Step 5) Once registered, tap on Open Website (allows you to purchase features on device) or Send Email (sends link to email which allows you to purchase features from a different device).

Step 6) This screen will show you the various features the device has to offer. To purchase the features, follow and complete the checkout process.

After completing the checkout process, restart the device to confirm that the features are purchased. To do this, click on “Help” and then “About”. All features that were purchased will be shown as “Unlocked”.
