Manual Entry Replaced by DMV Check in IDVisor Sentry (Customer PC Only)
When using IDVisor Sentry on your own PC or Windows device, the Manual entry widget was replaced by our DMV Check widget. If Manual Entry is a prioritized feature for your operation, please see the link below on how to disable the DMV Check widget and re-enable the Manual Entry widget.
WARNING: This will remove the DMV Check widget for your Main Screen.
See the instructions in the link below on how to re-enable the Manual Entry feature.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to Configuration.
3. Go to Appearance > Customize Layout > Advanced.
4. Click on the DMV Check widget, then uncheck Enabled then click Apply.
Once done, click on Close> Close > Save. Then restart the software.
Optional: Importing layout which includes Manual Entry and DMV Check
If you're using both Manual Entry and DMV Check, you can download the Manual Entry w/Dmv Check widget layout attached onto the PC you're using.
