Call Tokenworks message after scanning an ID


If your scanner is showing Call Tokenworks after scanning an ID, it more than likely means your scanner is running on an older version of the app. To correct this we will have to update the IDVisor Smart app to the latest version. 



Updating the IDVisor Smart App. 

First ensure your device is connected to WiFi

If your device is not connected to WiFi please click here on how you can connect your IDVisor Smart Device to WiFi.





After ensuring your device is connected to WiFi. Go to Help




After going to Help, tap on Check for Updates to begin the update process.

After updating your device you should no longer receive the Call Tokenworks message.
