If your scanner is showing Call Tokenworks after scanning an ID, it more than likely means your scanner is running on an older version of the app. To correct this we will have to update the IDVisor Smart app to the latest version.
First ensure your device is connected to WiFi.
After ensuring your device is connected to WiFi. Go to Help.
After going to Help, tap on Check for Updates to begin the update process.

After updating your device you should no longer receive the Call Tokenworks message.
