How to Invite a User to an IDVisor Sync Account using the IDVisor Sync Web Portal

The following steps below show how you can invite a user to your IDVisor Sync Account using the IDVisor Sync Web Portal. This will authorize other users to view and manage data/scanners on your Sync Account. 




1. Select Settings > Portal Users.



 NOTE: It is recommended to review the Access Level Info to determine what access level you would like to grant the user you are inviting. 





2. Select Invite to begin inviting the user. 

3. To begin adding a new user:


  1. Enter the email of the user you are inviting. NOTE: Only lower case ASCII characters (lower case letters) are allowed. 

  2. Enter the Account-Type (access level you would like to grant the user). 

  3. Select the Visible Locations (if applicable). These will be the locations the user will be able to view scans from. 

  4. Review information and click Invite. 




The user will receive an invitation from invites@microsoft.com. Once received they will click Accept invitation to join the online portal.
